Refund and Cancellation Policy for RNS Educational Society

RNS Educational Society values the trust and contributions of our patrons and students. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, reflecting our commitment to accountability and support for our community.

Cancellation Policy

  • Program Enrollment: Registrants may cancel their enrollment in any of our programs within 7 days of the registration date for a full refund. Cancellations after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Event Tickets: For events hosted by RNS Educational Society, ticket holders may request a cancellation up to 14 days before the event date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be refunded at 50% of the original ticket price.

Refund Policy

  • Donations: As RNS Educational Society is a non-profit organization, donations are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and generous support.
  • Services: If a service or program is cancelled by the society due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
  • Merchandise: Purchased merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.

Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the approval of the refund request.
  • Please note that any processing fees associated with the payment or refund transaction may not be covered by RNS Educational Society.
